Former CheetahMail EVP David Hendricks Joins Loyalty Lab as VP Sales

SAN FRANCISCO – Oct. 3, 2005 – Loyalty Lab, Inc., the leader in on-demand retail loyalty and customer management, today announced that David Hendricks has joined Loyalty Lab's senior management team as Vice President of Sales. The former Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of CheetahMail, Inc., Dave went on to become a Vice President of Experian, Inc. and later a Senior Vice President of Donnelly Marketing.

Hendricks is charged with developing Loyalty Lab's sales operation, including hiring additional sales representatives and strategic planning. He will also personally manage the company's East Coast accounts from Loyalty Lab's office in Stamford, Conn.
Hendricks brings with him extensive experience in building up sales operations and managing large books of business while taking a consultative selling approach. The 40-year-old executive is an accomplished expert in the areas of e-commerce marketing and customer relationship management. His deep knowledge of the retail sector and his broad experiences in commercial email, direct mail and campaign management will complement Loyalty Lab's position as a leader in retail CRM.

Hendricks was EVP of sales and marketing at CheetahMail from 2000 to 2003 and has been credited with their rapid growth into the leader in email marketing. He was recruited by Experian, Inc., in 2003 to become Vice President of eMarketing Sales then moved in 2004 to Donnelley Marketing as Senior VP of Sales. Prior to CheetahMail, Hendricks was Senior Director of Sales at email marketer MessageMedia.
