Welcome to Loyalty Dogs Blog!

by Michael Greenberg | VP, Marketing

This is the first posting of our new blog, Loyalty Dogs Blog.

Our posting to blogs isn’t new. Several of us on the Loyalty Lab team have had blogs for some time targeted to specific types of readers, e.g. the marketer or the CTO.

What’s new about Loyalty Dogs Blog is that we’re combining our collective energy into a single blog easily accessible from our new corporate site, and we’re enlisting the whole team at Loyalty Lab to contribute.

That inclues me – Michael Greenberg, VP, Marketing – and several other members of the Loyalty Lab team, like:

  • David Rosen, Senior Vice President and head of our Strategic Services Group
  • Mark Goldstein, CEO

Other members of our team at Loyalty Lab will contribute as well when ideas arise.

We will be sharing our thoughts, opinions and useful insights gleaned from our years in retail and retail marketing, but also our experiences here at Loyalty Lab helping marketers at 50 and counting consumer brands think through their customer relationship marketing, rentention and loyalty strategies.

Many of you are thinking about the same things and this way, we can foster a dialogue about our common challenges and offer solutions.

In addition, we’ll sometimes refer you to our library of marketing resources, aptly named “Loyalty Library.” We have been building a library of relevant materials from a range of online resources since May 2006 and I invite you to take a look, if you haven’t already, at www.loyaltylibrary.com.

Oh, and about the name. Loyalty Dogs Blog comes from the plush Labrador Retrievers, which we have fondly named “Loyalty,” that we’ve been known to give away.

We hope you join in the conversation in the months to come.
