Mark H. Goldstein, CEO

Mark, a recognized expert in consumer loyalty services and best customer management systems, is the Co-founder and CEO of Loyalty Lab Inc. A five-time serial entrepreneur, he co-founded BlueLight.com and served as its President and CEO. During his tenure at BlueLight, he launched its successful e-commerce shopping site, built its private label internet service to almost seven million members and installed 3,600 kiosks in Kmart stores.

Prior to his experience with the national retailer, Mark served as VP of Shopping at Inktomi (now a part of Yahoo), a software company that acquired Impulse! Buy Network, a web merchandising specialist that he founded in 1997 as its CEO. Earlier, Mark founded NetAngels, a web profiling firm (now a part of Microsoft), and before that he founded online gaming and trading firm Reality Online (now part of Reuters) where he served as President for over seven years. Mark has served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at both New Enterprise Associates and SOFTBANK Venture Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he attended the Wharton School and today serves on the Penn Library Board of Overseers.

Mark is a current or former Board of Advisor or Director at Salesforce, Bluefly, Bix.com (now Yahoo!), SocialMedia, Stylehive, Rapleaf, NapaStyle, Hawkeye Brewing Technologies, TradePoint Solutions (now DemandTec) and CommerceHub and is active in a number of environmental causes. Michael Greenberg, President

Michael was named President of Loyalty Lab in August 2007 after serving in expanding roles at the company for three years. As VP, Marketing, Michael directed the company's marketing efforts and oversaw product management. Before joining Loyalty Lab in 2004, Michael was VP of Marketing for Galyans, a publicly traded specialty retailer (now part of Dick's Sporting Goods). At Galyans, he ran relationship, direct, credit, and interactive marketing, including management of the company's highly successful Rewards and Preferred Customer programs. Before that, Michael held management positions with several startups in e-commerce services. Michael began his career at Macy's West with positions in merchandising and planning. Michael is a graduate of Stanford University.

David Rosen, Senior Vice President

As Loyalty Lab's Senior Vice President, David leads the company's loyalty strategy and analytics teams. Over the past two years, David has designed innovative loyalty programs for more than three dozen top national brands in the multi-channel retail, consumer packaged goods, and travel industries. Prior to joining Loyalty Lab in 2006, David held the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing for MyPoints, the Internet's largest and most successful loyalty program. David was also a partner in Oliver Wyman's retail and consumer practices where he focused on consumer-driven strategies for companies in North America, Asia and Europe. David is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Joshua Tretakoff, Vice President, Account Management

Josh oversees Account Management. In 1995 Joshua created and grew the online businesses of The Sharper Image. In 1998, he joined Impulse! Buy Network, running the Merchant Services group, which included onboarding more than 500 merchants. Subsequently Joshua directed Merchant Client Services for Inktomi, Shop.com and E-centives.

Matt Howland, Chief Technology Officer

Matt is an experienced technologist, focusing on large-scale, complex systems. Prior to joining Loyalty Lab he helped Fortune 500 companies and government agencies design and scale enterprise solutions at several consulting and custom development firms. Before being appointed CTO at Loyalty Lab, Matt served as Director of Engineering.

Charles Hacskaylo, Chief Creative Officer

Charles is the Chief Creative Officer of Loyalty Lab. Prior to joining the company, he was the Chief Information Architect at BlueLight.com, focusing on usability and interface design.
